February Vol Spike Galvanizes Interest In Some Vol Funds

​While broad-based equity mutual funds and exchange-traded funds have seen millions of dollars in net outflows in recent weeks, some volatility-specific funds say they are seeing new interest from investors and are even collecting new inflows.
