New York State Teachers’ Retirement System disclosed this week that it withdrew more than USD2 billion from internally and externally-managed international equity portfolios as part of its second-quarter rebalancing. The FABF wants the selected liquid diversifying, or liquid alternative strategy, to help it grow capital over the longer term while also fulfilling its immediate liquidity requirements for beneficiary payouts, according to the request for proposals.
