7IM Overhauls 60/40, Looks To Puts To Replace Some Equities

Seven Investment Management has been assessing ways to replace the equity component in the traditional, 60/40 multi-asset portfolio. The problems usually hitting headlines for 60/40 portfolios relate to low bond returns. However, increasingly 7IM officials have been looking at the equity component with equal scepticism, after last year making changes to the defensive part of the portfolio.
