Use of alternative risk premia has been on the rise in the Asia Pacific region as institutional investors there grapple with the same issues that have driven their counterparts in North America and Europe to embrace the strategies. The recent uptick in volatility, however, has scared off some potential prospects and lead some investors looking for the exit. Daniel O’Leary reports.
