Flow in the U.S. listed options market was fairly stunted today, with calls on the PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bullish Fund ETF attracting the most volume. EEM also saw interesting put flow. In our latest buyside coverage, we talk to the Indiana Retirement System ahead of changes to its risk parity allocations. While the scheme might up its allocations to 15 or 20%, its quite happy with its current three external risk managers. In Asia, Tim Bousser, head of global equity flow division, Asia, at Société Générale in Hong Kong, has been promoted to head of equities and derivatives, APAC, following the announcement of a newly created equities and derivatives business within global markets. The appointment follows revenue growth from equity derivatives and structured products in the firm’s global markets and investor services business during Q1.
