Former GSAM Exec Rodriguez Alarcon Talks Crypto Role, Institutional Adoption

Javier Rodriguez Alarcon, ex-Goldman Sachs Asset Management QIS head, joined digital assets firm XBTO Global in September as its chief commercial officer in London. He is responsible for the business strategy, investments strategies in cryptocurrencies as well as new products including the firm’s ProTrading platform, launching at the end of the month, offering an institutional-grade trading environment in an attempt to bridge the gap between traditional finance and decentralized finance.
