​JPMorgan Pitches Japan Thematic Basket As Investors Weigh BoJ ETF Purchase Implications

A move by the Bank of Japan on Thursday to inject JPY70.7 billion in to the market to purchase exchange-traded funds is a sign that the country’s equity markets will be supported in the short term while volatility will be dampened. JPMorgan has subsequently developed a thematic basket of stocks that would benefit from the central bank’s move to increase its ETF purchase operations.
