​SEC Tightened Cross Border Rules Could See Services Relocated

A proposed rule from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that attempts to close cross border loopholes in its application of Dodd-Frank’s Title VII reforms could see some firms relocate some execution desks overseas to capture foreign business.
