Most banks are now shopping income-paying investment products in the U.S., contributing to a shift in options trading flows. Banks with a U.S. retail distribution network are pitching contingent-income issuer-callable notes linked to the worst performing index in a basket that typically includes the Russell 2000, the Nasdaq 100 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
