​SocGen To Acquire Futures Execution, Clearing Activities Of Jefferies’ Bache Business

Société Générale is to acquire the majority of the futures and clearing activities of Jefferies’ Bache business. Under an agreement between both firms, the transaction is expected to close by the end of Q2, 2015 where the majority of the client activities serviced by Bache will be transferred to SocGen.
