Benjamin Clerget

Benjamin Clerget is a portfolio manager at Hudson Bay responsible for running a global relative value strategy focused on equity derivatives. Prior to joining Hudson Bay in December 2020, Benjamin spent 9 years with BTG Pactual trading a similar strategy as well as running a dedicated fund. He also oversaw all equity relative value strategies and was the managing partner in charge of the London office. Before joining BTG Pactual, Benjamin spent 11 years with Societe General where he launched and managed their equity volatility proprietary trading desk back in 2004. Benjamin graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon majoring in applied mathematics and computer science.
