Dong-Gun DG Lee is head of prime sales at Samsung Securities, one of Korea’s leading financial services firms and prime broker. He began his career at Samsung Securities in 2009 in the Corporate Treasury and has over 10 years of experience in prime brokerage, working closely with Korean hedge funds and institutional investors across fund launches, financing, capital introduction, and other prime brokerage solutions.
Throughout his career, Dong-Gun has worked with a broad range of hedge fund managers, from emerging managers to some of Korea’s largest asset manager, giving him a unique perspective on the development of Korea’s hedge fund industry and institutional investment landscape.
His current focus is on expanding Samsung Securities’ prime brokerage and capital introduction capabilities, supporting the continued development of Korea’s investment ecosystem.
