Lies Dabouz joined Barclays in June 2019 and is responsible for leading the sales efforts and client coverage for Barclays quantitative investment strategies products and solutions in the Asia Pacific – ex Japan region. Previously, Lies was leading Goldman Sachs’ equity derivatives structuring for Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that, Lies established and ran a proprietary investment firm in Singapore investing in quantitative multi-strategy and global macro strategies. Before moving to Singapore, Lies was a credit derivative structurer at Deutsche Bank in London. Lies earned a master's in mathematics and computer science from Imperial College London.
