At Calamos, Simon focuses on the international distribution of the firm's structured strategies — including the Calamos Autocallable Income ETF (CAIE/CAKE) — working closely with wealth managers, family offices, and institutional allocators across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Australia.
