Amanda Hopper

Amanda Hopper is a managing director on UTIMCO’s public equity investment team, as well as a member of the Leadership Team. Amanda’s primary responsibility is to manage the global portfolio of developed markets public equity investments. Prior to her tenure at UTIMCO, Amanda served as a senior investment associate in the private markets group for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas. She also spent three years at Chicago-based investment bank William Blair & Company, working as an equity research associate in the health care services sector. Amanda began her career in litigation consulting at Navigant Consulting and LECG Corporation, focusing on financial, valuation and economic analyses in connection with legal disputes. Amanda received a BBA in finance and marketing from the University of Michigan, and an MBA with honors, with concentrations in finance, entrepreneurship, and strategic management, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
