Amy Wu Silverman

Amy Wu Silverman is a managing director and head of derivatives strategy for RBC. In this role, she provides option-based thematic ideas and bespoke content to the global Institutional and structured products client base. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs, Citadel Investment Group and Morgan Stanley in cross-asset and derivatives research and trading roles. She is a contributor to BNN, CNBC, Bloomberg and the WSJ.
Amy received a Bachelor of Arts with honors in economics and financial engineering from Princeton University and was the recipient of the Princeton Thesis Prize for Empirical Economics. Amy is a recipient of the 2016 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award. She serves on the board of Storefront Academy Harlem and Sigma Worldwide. Amy lives in New York with her husband and two daughters. She is originally from Utah.
