Andrew Baehr

head of North America institutional sales, Premialab

Andrew Baehr is the head of institutional sales in North America at PremiaLab. In this role, he drives engagement of the PremiaLab technology platform with pension plans, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and other institutional investors in the United States and Canada. Andrew brings with him over twenty-five years of global markets and investment management experience with a thematic focus on investment solutions and systematic investing.

Before joining PremiaLab, Andrew was a partner and investment strategist at Risk Premium Investments (RPI), an asset management firm focused on alternative risk premium strategies. At RPI, he engaged with investors and crafted outcome-oriented options strategies.

Previous to this fiduciary position, Andrew had leadership and product innovation roles at leading investment banks including Credit Suisse, BNP Paribas, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank, working with a wide range of clients on solutions businesses including derivatives, systematic strategies, risk redistribution, and strategic initiatives.

Since 2008, Andrew has served on the Board of Directors of Goodwill NYNJ. He currently sits on the Investment and Audit Committees.

Andrew holds a BA in psychology from Columbia College and an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.
