Arnold Gast

Arnold joined Morningstar Sustainalytics in 2022 as Director of ESG Research and manages the Sector Research team which consist of over 80 analysts across multiple locations including Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Timisoara, and Toronto. His passion to empower investors is evidenced by a varied background in sustainable investing, with prior roles managing investments in public and private equity and debt markets. This includes most recently the Risk & Investment Officer function at the Shell Pensions organization in the Netherlands, as well as senior positions at responsible asset managers in the Netherlands.
