Ben Redmond

Ben Redmond is managing director and head of Barclays’ quantitative investment strategies structuring EMEA, leading a team specializing in the research, design and implementation of systematic strategies across a wide range of investment styles and asset classes.

Ben has worked at Barclays in the equity structuring team since 2004, heading the equities QIS team since 2011 and becoming the head of the cross-asset QIS structuring team in 2018.

Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics from Warwick University in the UK.
