Benedict Redmond

Benedict Redmond is a managing director and head of cross-asset QIS
structuring EMEA at Barclays. Benedict leads a team performing the research, development and implementation of quantitative investment strategies across different asset classes and styles.

He joined Barclays in 2004 working initially in the equity structuring team,
specializing in index construction with a particular focus on volatility and absolute
return strategies in equities. He earned a Bachelor of Science in maths and statistics from Warwick University, UK
