Boris Molls

Boris is head of markets at BT Pension Scheme Management.  He is responsible for the pension fund’s self-managed portfolios and trading. Boris and his team manage linear and non-linear derivative portfolios that are underpinned with a £15bn govi portfolio. The team’s portfolios span most asset classes and include rates, inflation, equity options, FX, and risk premia strategies. Boris’s team is embedded in the fund’s investment process with market strategy, hedge solution development, asset allocation and LDI responsibilities. They run passive and active strategies with a focus on hedging and risk mitigation.
