Daniel Fields

Daniel Fields is senior advisor at PremiaLab in charge of strategic partnerships and the development of the group’s presence in the U.S market.

Daniel was previously head of global markets at Societe Generale since 2012. He was previously deputy head of global markets between 2011 and 2012. In 2009, Daniel became global head of trading, having moved to Paris in 2006 to head the flow and listed product sales group. Before this, he was in New York from 2002 to set up the Hedge Fund Group for SG Americas Securities, LCC, a registered broker-dealer and subsidiary of Societe Generale. Daniel was previously based in Sydney, following his move there to set up the Equity Derivatives business in 1999. He first joined Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking in 1994 as an equity derivatives trader in the bank’s New York office. Daniel has been a member of Societe Generale Group Management Committee from 2011 to 2016. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Columbia College in New York City.
