Daniel Scinto

BFAM Partners is a Hong Kong-headquartered asset management firm that manages USD4bn in a multi-strategy hedge fund allocating capital dynamically amongst Credit, Volatility, Rates and Equity Linked strategies. Daniel Scinto is a senior portfolio manager, managing foreign exchange volatility and interest rate portfolios for the Fund. Prior to joining BFAM Partners in 2014, Daniel spent five years trading foreign exchange options at JPMorgan in both Singapore and New York.
Daniel graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Pomona College, California and was honored with the prestigious Jaeger and Llewellyn Bixby awards in Mathematics. Previously a collegiate athlete, he represented the firm in 2015 Hedge Fund Fight Night, winning his title fight by a TKO. Although he hung up his boxing gloves, he continues to engage competitively across multiple disciplines; tennis, heli-skiing, soccer and of course the markets.
