Francis (Geeseok) Oh

Francis Geeseok Oh serves as the COO and APAC CEO of Qraft Technologies, where he oversees global sales and business development for the company’s innovative AI investment solutions, powered by cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. With over 17 years of experience in the asset management industry, he has held key positions at leading firms such as Vanguard, Direxion, and
Mirae Asset Global Investments.
At Vanguard, he was the executive director of Vanguard Investments Hong Kong Limited, responsible for sales and business development in the Korean market. Prior to his tenure at Vanguard, he played a pivotal role in developing Direxion’s Asia business, focusing on business development, capital markets,
and product development for clients across the Asia Pacific region. Earlier in his career, he worked at Mirae Asset Global Investments as senior portfolio manager managing ETFs and quantitative portfolios in Hong Kong.
Francis holds a BBA from Korea University and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
