Iliana Lazarova

Iliana Lazarova joined the Pension Protection Fund investment team as a senior ESG analyst in February 2020 to execute on the PPF’s responsible investment strategy implementation and bolster collaboration initiatives. Iliana is responsible for streamlining reporting on long-term environmental, social and corporate governance risks and deepen ESG integration across asset classes, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure and private markets. Iliana has long tenure as a sustainability professional with expertise on carbon, climate and renewable energy.

Iliana holds a master’s in environmental management from the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and a bachelor’s in international economic relations.
