Jacky Lee

Jacky Lee is the senior managing director and head of the total portfolio group at HOOPP in Canada. He is also a member of the editorial advisory board for both the Journal of Portfolio Management and the Journal of Financial Data Science. Previously, he held the position of managing director of total fund management at OTPP in Canada, where he developed portfolio solutions for asset-liability management, asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and total portfolio management. He established OTPP’s factor-based asset allocation framework and built the fund’s asset-liability and macroeconomic factor model across public and private assets.

Jacky publishes research in academic journals covering topics such as asset allocation and risk management. He has won research awards from the Kroner Center for Financial Research and the International Centre for Pension Management.
