Joe Elmlinger

Joe Elmlinger is head of client solutions at Lake Hill Capital Management. Lake Hill delivers dynamic option-based hedging and yield enhancement solutions to sophisticated investors using proprietary option valuation, portfolio management, and trading technology. For over 25 years, Joe has been a pioneer and recognized leader in equity derivatives. Prior to joining Lake Hill, Joe was head of sales for equities and derivatives in the Americas for Société Générale. He spent the majority of his career in equity derivatives at Citigroup and its predecessor, Salomon Brothers, eventually becoming global head of equity derivatives. He has held senior roles at Bankers Trust Company and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has served on the Board of Directors of ISDA and The Options Clearing Corporation. He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
