Julio Delgado

Julio Delgado is responsible for strategy and asset allocation for both the Retirement and Endowment Plans at the American Red Cross. Functions include designing the specific risk allocation in addition to identifying and designing derivative strategies to achieve those risk exposures.

Prior to the American Red Cross, Julio was a portfolio manager at Avicenna Asset Management and at T. Rowe Price. Julio has a BSc in Industrial Engineering from La Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and an MBA from the University of Chicago (Booth).
