Khalifa Al-Thani is a professional in the field of finance, currently serving as an associate director in the Investment Strategy department at the Qatar Investment Authority. His main responsibilities are in the field of asset pricing, portfolio selection and asset allocation.

Throughout his career, Khalifa has made significant contributions to the Qatar Investment Authority’s mission of prudent and strategic asset allocation. His expertise in portfolio selection and asset allocation has been instrumental redefining QIA’s strategic asset allocation and policy portfolio.

Khalifa Al-Thani’s research interests are centered around empirical and theoretical asset pricing, with a primary focus on portfolio selection.
