Manvinder Singh

Manvinder Singh is president of Olam Agri Group and CIO of Olam’s Financial Services Business based in Singapore. Manvinder’s career at Olam spans over two decades, during which he has held various regional and global leadership roles in Ghana, India and Singapore.

Manvinder started building Olam’s Fund Management business from scratch in 2010, making it the successful global investment platform that it is today. Using a systematic multi-asset multi-strategy approach, the fund management business invests in commodities and financial markets and runs several investment mandates including the Global Macro Programme, Global Commodity Programme, China Commodity Programme and APAC Equity Programme. Joining Olam in 1999, Manvinder was responsible for the Group Corporate Treasury role and later established the Volatility Trading & Risk Management Services (RMS) Business which continues to operate successfully today.

Prior to joining Olam Agri Group, Manvinder worked at Cargill and ABB. Manvinder is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, India.
