Paul Glazer is the founder, chief executive officer and chief investment officer of Glazer Capital, LLC – a New York City-based investment management firm focused on generating absolute returns across all market environments. The firm’s success is based on its deep expertise in merger arbitrage and strong focus on risk management. The firm is also active in Convertible Arbitrage, SPAC Arbitrage, and other uncorrelated strategies. The firm has also been running a portable alpha strategy since 2021. Glazer Capital manages approximately $2 billion.

Before starting Glazer Capital in 1998, Paul worked on the sell-side for ten years at Houlihan Lokey, Jefferies & Company, Bear, Stearns & Co., and Oscar Gruss & Son.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
