Selma Sekkat

Entrepreneur, maverick, found of macroeconomy and equity derivatives, Selma Sekkat co-founded Evarinvest AM, a quant systematic asset management boutique focused on technology, machine learning and academic research. Selma  is a portfolio manager at EvarInvest AM, where she manages a long options only UCITs.

She dedicated her vast 30 years’ experience to business development and capital raising across different asset classes. Prior to her entrepreneurial venture, Selma  was a managing director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and was heading the french equity derivatives team at Lehman Brothers and Nomura, where she developed a strong expertise designing innovative quantitative solutions for the Insurance and Asset Management community.

Selma holds a Postgraduate Degree from Sorbonne University (DEA)
