Steven Jorgensen

Steven joined Cboe in October 2024 as head of derivatives sales, EMEA, to grow Cboe’s global derivatives business with all client segments in the region. This includes expanding access to Cboe’s U.S. derivatives products among European and Middle East clients and helping to grow Cboe Europe Derivatives (CEDX), its pan-European equity derivatives exchange.

He has led a distinguished 20-years career in global markets with expertise encompassing a broad range of products across both listed and OTC equity derivatives, coupled with a strong understanding of the entire derivatives ecosystem. Most recently, Steven served as the co-head of equity derivatives flow sales EMEA at Credit Suisse from 2017 to 2023, overseeing the coverage of both institutional and hedge fund clients, leading a successful Europe-wide sales team spanning London, Paris, Frankfurt and Milan.

Before joining Credit Suisse in 2010, Steven worked at Deutsche Bank, where he covered Nordic institutions on equity derivatives and delta-1 products. He holds a Master’s Degree in finance and accounting from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
