Tatjana Puhan

Tatjana Puhan, PhD, is as chief investment officer responsible for the investment management activities at Copernicus Wealth Management SA. Before joining Copernicus, she held several senior positions such as deputy chief investment officer at the quantitative institutional asset manager TOBAM, where she was overseeing all research and portfolio management teams. Before her appointment at TOBAM she was at Swiss Life Asset Managers in the role as head of equity and asset allocation for third party asset management.

She holds a master’s degree in finance and business administration from the University of Hamburg and earned her PhD in finance from the Swiss Financial Institute at the University of Zurich, with research fellow appointments at the University of Zurich, Kellogg Business School (Northwestern University), and the University of Hamburg. She is a lecturer in finance at the University of Mannheim, Paris Dauphine and an associated researcher of the Hamburg Financial Research Centre.
