Promoting diverse voices is a core tenet of EQD’s content, both online and onstage. Building opportunities for women to connect at our events is a natural extension of this effort and we’re focused on growing our Women in Multi-Asset programming. What started in 2023 at Global EQD as a small breakfast has turned into a must-attend event that we will be replicating throughout our annual calendar of events.
An exclusive networking event held at the start of the conference to allow attendees to meet and connect before the event kicks off. They can continue to cement these connections throughout the conference.
Clear goals around featuring women’s voices throughout the conference including at least one woman per panel, and some all-women panels. (Varies by region)
In 2026, Women in Multi-Asset will expand to Europe EQD with a networking breakfast before day 1 and continue with a networking lunch on day 1 at Global EQD. For the first time, we’re formally seeking to partner with organizations and clients to promote and support this event - thereby increasing its impact.
